My name is Lotus and I am a practitioner of the Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT®). The most frequently asked question is why are our sessions 4 hours long? Our sessions are usually divided up into a 2-3 hour interview and a 2 hour hypnosis. It's a strict guideline by our certifying body QHHT® that we have to adhere to. Dolores has spend her entire life fine tuning this method, and there is honor in following this technique using her guidelines. It is also a one time session, meaning that there will be no follow-ups needed after this session. This is because we have given you access to your subconscious in this 4 hour session, and you can access that anytime in your recording that you bring home with you. Our state of mind goes through 4 stages during the day : Beta (where we are wide awake), Alpha (during meditation, exercise, driving or walking, where we lose track of time), Theta (just before we fall asleep or the deepest part of trance) and Delta (where we are asleep). Hypnosis is a totally safe and normal state, the Theta state. I use this state to perform the healing work. Through the work of Dolores and Julia Cannon, I share their ideology that the body is an incredible self healing machine.
