Hi, I’m Lotus. I help people access their subconscious mind through deep hypnosis so they can release old patterns, gain clarity, and move forward with greater ease.
Many people come to this work feeling stuck in repeating cycles of anxiety, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, or a quiet sense that something in their life needs to shift. Hypnosis allows us to access the deeper layers of the mind where those patterns are stored, so real change can begin from the inside out.
In our work together, we gently guide the nervous system into a safe altered state where the subconscious becomes accessible. From there we explore the inner landscape through guided imagery and structured hypnosis, allowing insights, memories, and deeper wisdom to surface naturally.
What makes this process different is that we do not stop at insight. After the session, we continue integrating what opened through my Fifth Frequency Integration method, a structured approach that helps the mind and body stabilize new awareness so transformation becomes lasting rather than temporary. I approach this work as a bridge between grounded understanding and expanded consciousness. Each session is designed to help you reorganize inner patterns, restore emotional coherence, and reconnect with your own inner intelligence.
Beyond private sessions, I also hold retreats and create sacred spaces in nature where people can step away from the noise of daily life and experience deeper restoration, reflection, and transformation within a supportive community.
Alongside this work, I create immersive sound experiences that combine guided voice and carefully designed soundscapes. These recordings are crafted to support nervous system regulation, deeper meditation, and gentle access to expanded states of awareness.
