Beverly Beach, Oregon Coast (2.5 hours from PDX)
A restorative long weekend on the edge of the Pacific, where tide and time slow you down in all the right ways.
At Beverly Beach, the land steps forward as teacher, guide, and steady presence, shaping the experience through salt air, shifting light, and the grounding firmness of sand beneath your feet. We will wander the shoreline at low tide in search of agates, fossils, wishing stones, and hagstones, letting the rhythm of the waves regulate the nervous system and gradually quiet the inner noise, while coastal hikes, driftwood art, kites lifted into open sky, and forest trails that rise and fall with the terrain become embodied invitations to reconnect with a simpler way of being.
Each experience unfolds as its own meditation, each stone discovered reflecting something quietly personal, and each receding tide offering a lived reminder that release and renewal are not dramatic events but steady, dependable cycles. This retreat becomes a pocket of true restoration, where the body finally exhales, where the soul softens enough to speak in its own timing, and where you are held by nature, supported by circle, and gently guided back to your own steady knowing without force or urgency.
All meals are included with the exception of our restaurant lunches, creating a balance between communal nourishment and personal choice, and you are invited to arrive exactly as you are, knowing that you will leave clearer, lighter, and more deeply rooted in yourself.
Only twelve spots are available.

As the creator of the Fifth Frequency Method and a practitioner of Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), Lotus guides people into the deeper intelligence of their subconscious and the higher resonance of their awakening. Her work weaves subconscious healing, somatic presence, and spiritual activation into experiences that are honest, grounded, and profoundly liberating.
She is also a frequency artist, creating immersive soundscapes that blend voice, tonal resonance, and atmospheric sound to support altered states of awareness. These sonic environments are designed to help the nervous system soften and the mind open, allowing listeners to enter deeper levels of coherence, insight, and inner connection. Her sound work complements her facilitation, forming a multidimensional field where voice, vibration, and intention work together.
Through her memoir Exit the Good Wife, her hypnosis practice, her sound transmissions, and her Fifth Frequency activations, Lotus helps others exit the roles they have outgrown and step into a more sovereign, soul aligned way of living. She is known for creating containers where people feel safe to unravel, release, and rise.
