A QHHT® session typically lasts 4–5 hours from start to finish. We begin with a 2–3 hour in-depth interview, allowing time to understand your life journey, current challenges, and the questions you wish to explore. This conversation is an essential part of the process and helps prepare the subconscious for the work ahead.
Following the interview, you will be gently guided into a deep state of relaxation. You will remain fully safe, aware, and in control throughout the experience. From this relaxed state, I guide you through progressively deeper levels of hypnosis, allowing access to the subconscious mind. This is where your questions are asked, insights are received, and any healing or relief permitted by the subconscious can begin. Once this phase is complete, I will gently bring you out of hypnosis. We then take time to review your session together, discuss what was experienced, and address any questions you may have.
All QHHT® sessions are conducted in person only, with no exceptions. If this is your first hypnosis experience, there is no need for concern. This process is natural, comfortable, and deeply relaxing. You will naturally fall into a deep state of relaxation.
To support your session, I recommend listening to my audio recording Awakening the Divine at least three times prior to your appointment: once each night leading up to your session and again on the morning of your session. This recording was created using a 40 Hz (Gamma) binaural beat, designed to support receptivity, clarity, and connection with the subconscious mind. Many clients find it helpful in preparing their system to receive insight, relief, and healing.
You are welcome to share this recording with others. It is offered freely as a gift
