In Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT®), the subconscious mind (SC) is described as the deeper part of the human mind that holds profound wisdom, insights, and access to a person’s true self. It is considered a repository of everything a person has ever experienced, including emotions, memories, and even connections to past lives or higher spiritual dimensions. It is in this state that theta programming is done. Dolores Cannon, the creator of QHHT, often referred to the subconscious as the “Higher Self,” emphasizing its role as a benevolent and all-knowing guide capable of facilitating healing and clarity for an individual. The mind goes through 4 stages of awareness during the day. Beta (awake, Alpha (meditative sate), Theta (exploratory stage) and Delta (sleep state). It's in the Theta state that we access and work with your SC. Dolores used QHHT to access the SC for her research for the Convoluted Universe Book Series.
Characteristics of the SC in QHHT®
1. Wisdom and Knowledge: The SC is believed to have access to answers about a person’s life purpose, challenges, and experiences. It operates beyond the limitations of the conscious mind, which is bound by logic, ego, and fear. For example, during a QHHT session, the subconscious might explain the root cause of a person’s physical illness or emotional struggle and offer pathways for healing.
2. Connection to Past Lives: QHHT® practitioners believe that past incarnations may provide insight into the present life. Accessing these memories through hypnosis may help provide solutions.
3. Healing Abilities: A key tenet of QHHT is that the SC can facilitate healing on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level. This could involve resolving lingering emotional wounds, addressing limiting beliefs, or even promoting physical healing by explaining the metaphysical reasons behind illnesses or discomfort.
4. Benevolence: The SC is seen as a loving and compassionate force, or some may say, Source Energy. The SC is always working in the best interest of the individual. It provides guidance and clarity without judgment, encouraging self-awareness and personal growth.
How QHHT® Reaches the SC
QHHT® employs a structured process of hypnosis to access the subconscious. Here’s how it works:
1. Deep Relaxation:
The process begins by guiding the individual into a deeply relaxed state, often referred to as a somnambulistic state, the theta state. In QHHT, the practitioner induces this state using verbal techniques and guided imagery.
2. Bypassing the Conscious Mind:
In the somnambulistic state, the conscious mind, which is responsible for critical thinking, judgment, and resistance, becomes less active. This allows the SC to emerge and communicate more freely. The individual remains aware but feels deeply relaxed, which facilitates an open dialogue with the SC.
3. Engaging with the SC:
Once the subconscious is accessed, the practitioner begins asking questions prepared before the session. These questions often relate to the individual’s life challenges, health issues, or emotional struggles. The SC provides answers that are often described as intuitive, wise, and transformative.
4. Facilitating Healing:
In addition to providing insights, the SC is believed to have the ability to heal. For example, if the client has a physical ailment, the SC might explain its emotional or spiritual root cause and begin the healing process. Many individuals report feeling a sense of relief or resolution after a session.
5. Integration:
As the sessions are recorded, individuals often reflect on the insights gained and work to integrate the lessons into their daily lives through listening to their session recording. The practitioner provides support in understanding the messages from the subconscious and how to act on them.
Limitations and Perspective
While QHHT offers a fascinating approach to exploring the subconscious, it is important to note that its principles are not universally accepted in the scientific or medical communities. The concept of the subconscious in QHHT aligns more with spiritual and metaphysical beliefs than with traditional psychological theories, such as those proposed by Freud or Jung.
Despite this, many people report profound benefits from QHHT, including emotional release, a sense of purpose, and even physical improvements. These results underscore the potential power of the SC mind in facilitating personal growth and healing when accessed in a supportive and guided environment.
By reaching into the depths of the SC, QHHT® offers a unique pathway for self-discovery, healing, and connection to one’s higher self, enabling individuals to address life’s challenges with a renewed sense of clarity and purpose.
